Re-Release of the WDSibyl.org Website
I have released a new version of the WDSibyl.org website.
At the first view, we havent changed much. But we changed almost everything below the surface.

Downloads working again!

Since some days ago, we had a problem with our Downloads-module.
It was caused by a configuration change, that should have nothin in common with the Downloads-module.

After solving the problems with hist provider, Frank could give the domain wdsibyl.org to the TeamOS/2 Hamburg e.V..

We transfered the Domain to an new domain provider. Unfortunately, there was a problem, so the website was unavailable for some days.
The problems were solved and the website is back.
